Our Insulated 18650 Battery Pack Heat Sink Aluminum Cooling Plate is actually made of Micro-channel Extruded Aluminium Tubes, which we also call it multiport aluminum tubes or aluminum tube extrusions, which are unique tubes developed with highly refined manufacturing quality. According to customers' different requirements the tube structures can be customized and the tube size can be controlled strictly by our precise toolings. We own rich experience in the tooling calibration. With our extrusion production line improved, we are now able to produce the tube with more than 100mm width and the flat surface.
